Now Hiring: Paid Media Manager (Contract Position)

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to support a mix of nonprofit and for-profit clients across Google Ads, Google Ad Grants, and paid social (Meta + LinkedIn).

What You’ll Do

You’ll own performance across multiple client accounts from strategy through optimization.

Search & Display (Google Ads + Ad Grants)

  • Manage and optimize Ad Grant accounts (compliance + performance)
  • Build, manage, and scale paid Google Ads campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research and structure campaigns around intent
  • Write and test conversion-focused ad copy
  • Optimize for conversions, CTR, and efficiency

Paid Social (Meta + LinkedIn)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Build targeting strategies (cold, warm, retargeting)
  • Collaborate on creative direction (copy + visuals)
  • Test messaging, formats, and audiences
  • Optimize for leads, donations, and awareness

Tracking & Performance

  • Set up and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, platform pixels)
  • Analyze performance and identify opportunities
  • Turn data into clear, actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years managing Google Ads across multiple accounts
  • 3+ years managing paid social (Meta and/or LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setup
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance analysis
  • Experience managing multiple clients (agency or freelance)
  • Ability to own performance and take initiative without hand-holding
  • Strong ad copywriting skills
  • Experience collaborating on creative direction
  • Highly organized and reliable communicator

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Google Ad Grants
  • Experience with both for-profit and nonprofit clients, including faith-based organizations

Compensation & Contractor Structure

  • Paid per account based on scope and complexity
  • Opportunity to take on more accounts as we grow—increasing your compensation over time
  • This is a 1099 contractor role (no health insurance, PTO, etc.)
  • You manage your own schedule and equipment
